Dr. Jonas Helming is Principal Software Architect at EclipseSource and a leading expert in AI-powered tools and IDEs. He drives innovation in integrating tailored AI support into coding environments and domain-specific solutions, leading projects such as Eclipse Theia. A two-time Eclipse Top Newcomer Evangelist award winner, Jonas speaks at conferences worldwide and actively shapes the Eclipse open-source ecosystem.
Miro Spönemann
Miro is a committer and project lead for several Eclipse projects and co-leads TypeFox, a company specialized in engineering tools and open source technology. He started to get involved in open source development while researching graph layout algorithms and their application to graphical modeling at Kiel University. Miro has been contributing to the Eclipse community by kickstarting new projects, giving presentations at several events, and supporting EclipseCon and OCX as program committee chair. Innovation, strategy and community work are at the heart of his interest.

I'm a data engineer and architect with a focus on building scalable, maintainable and model-driven data platforms. I'm co-founder of CrossBreeze and product manager of CrossModel, an open and flexible framework for model driven data engineering.
Philip Langer
Dr. Philip Langer is CEO of EclipseSource, supporting companies in architecting and developing custom IDEs, domain-specific tools and modeling environments with his extensive experience on Eclipse tool platforms and modeling technologies. His current focus is on AI integrations in engineering tools and frameworks for web-based IDEs, graphical modeling tools, and custom C/C++ IDEs. Philip is the project lead of several successful open source technologies, such as Eclipse GLSP, EMF Cloud and CDT Cloud. Moreover, he is an active committer on Eclipse Theia, Sprotty, and more.
Thomas Mäder
Thomas is a committer on multiple Eclipse projects and serves as a project lead on the Eclipse Theia project. With deep expertise in cloud & desktop IDEs, programming languages, and developer productivity tooling, he helps organizations design and implement Theia-based tools effectively.
Thomas Froment
Thomas Froment is the Program Manager for Development Tools at the Eclipse Foundation, where he oversees all tooling projects, including Eclipse Theia and Theia AI, as part of the Cloud DevTools Working Group. He also leads the Open VSX and Eclipse IDE working groups. Before joining Eclipse in 2024, he co-founded Komyu (as CTO), and previously held senior leadership roles at Thales, where he was responsible for DevOps strategy and led the enterprise-wide InnerSource transformation.
Dr. Stefan Winkler
Stefan is a Software Engineer and an avid Eclipse enthusiast with over two decades of experience in Java and the Eclipse Platform. He has made contributions to both the Eclipse Platform and Eclipse Theia projects. His primary areas of interest include modeling, domain-specific languages, and code generation. Additionally, he is interested in deploying LLMs on local hardware and researching the possibilities of utilizing Ollama for Theia AI.
Mark Sujew
Mark is a Senior Software Engineer at TypeFox, where he is the driving force behind a lot of its open-source engagement. He is a project lead for the Eclipse Theia and Langium projects and likes to tinker on projects in the general IDE and compiler area.
Vivien Jovet
Vivien Jovet is a Product Owner at Lonti, where he has been developing integration and automation tools since 2016. In his current role, Vivien oversees product development for enterprise-level low-code development solutions. His technical background spans desktop IDE development using Java and the Eclipse RCP framework, transitioning to modern web-based solutions with frontend technologies and Eclipse Theia since 2020. This combination of hands-on development experience and product leadership provides Vivien with valuable insights into both the technical evolution of development environments and the practical challenges of building accessible developer tools.
